Shipping & Returns *

Shipping Policy: At Nikki Michelle Jewelry, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. To that end, we offer Standard Shipping (rates based on weight & distance) on all orders within the USA. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit verification.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Please note that international orders are subject to shipping fees, which are calculated based on destination and order size. Additionally, customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees.

Return Policy: We want you to be completely happy with your Nikki Michelle Jewelry purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days from receiving your items, we cannot honor any returns or exchanges and the sale becomes final.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way with original tags attached. All original packaging, including boxes and gift pouches, must also be returned.

  • Return Process:

    2. Pack the item securely and include any forms, if required. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package.

    3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you desire. We will waive the shipping fees on your new order.
